1. Parents are requested not to enter classrooms to see their children or teachers During school hours.
  2. Parents are required to inform the school if there is any change in their address OR telephone numbers.
  3. Leave for half day or request to take / send the child early should not be asked for , for security reasons.
  4. Children when sick should not be sent to school to attend classes.
  5. Parents attention is drawn to the fact that criticisim of the school or teachers in The presence of a child should be scrupulously avoided because it causes the Students to lose respect for their teachers with the consequent failure to learn From them.
  6. Should there be any legitimate complaint, please meet the class teacher at the Earliest or write to her and the compliant will be personally verified.
  7. Parents should sign the progress report card and return it to the school within Three days. If lost / mutilated, a replacement will be made after the payment of The required amount at the Administrative office.
  8. The Name, Admission No., Class and section of the pupils should be clearly Marked on all belongings of the students for e.g. sweaters, skirts, pants, socks, Shirts, shoes, bags etc.
  9. Parents are required to co-operate with the school in its attempt to help the Children by paying attention to their regularity, punctuality and discipline And to take interest in their child’s work. They should check the Alamanac Everyday and note the homework and other instructions given. They are advised To check the bags of their wards to see if any circular/notice/invitation etc. has Been issued.
  10. Care must be taken of all school property and if any damage is done, it will be made good by the concerned student together with a fine imposed for the offence.
  11. Students are not allowed to wear earrings. Girls are allowed to wear small tops/ Studs. Students are not allowed to wear nail polish / mehandi, tattoos under any Circumstances. Those found doing so will be dealt with appropriately.
  12. Students are advised not to bring valuable articles for e.g. expensive watches, Fountain pens, transistors, cameras, calculators, cash or jewellery to school. In case of loss of valuables or other articles, the authorities will try their best of Trace the items out but shall not undertake any responsibility for the loss.
  13. All students are expected to join the school on the notified date at the beginning Of the semester or after ach variation.
  14. Absence of a student just before and immediately after the vacation would Attract strict disciplinary action against him/her.
  15. Parents and guardians will appreciate that absence during the term is not in the Best interest of the student. They are asked not to apply for leave if avoidable. Leave can be granted to the student only on the following grounds: In case of emergency leave, the parents need to inform the class teacher the Reason for the leave in written in the leave record on the child’s return to school.

  17. Parents are requested to personally see off and receive their wards at bus stops.

  23. If the identity card is lost, a new identity card can be procured by applying for It and after payment of administrative charges.

  26. Please ensure your ward does not bring aerated drinks and packet food like Chips etc. from home to school, which do not rate high on nutritional value According to health experts. We recommend that you send home made/freshly Cooked food along with a fruit in tiffin
