Parents are requested not to enter classrooms to see their children or teachers During school hours.
Parents are required to inform the school if there is any change in their address OR telephone numbers.
Leave for half day or request to take / send the child early should not be asked for , for security reasons.
Children when sick should not be sent to school to attend classes.

Should there be any legitimate complaint, please meet the class teacher at the Earliest or write to her and the compliant will be personally verified.
Parents should sign the progress report card and return it to the school within Three days. If lost / mutilated, a replacement will be made after the payment of The required amount at the Administrative office.
The Name, Admission No., Class and section of the pupils should be clearly Marked on all belongings of the students for e.g. sweaters, skirts, pants, socks, Shirts, shoes, bags etc.
Parents are required to co-operate with the school in its attempt to help the Children by paying attention to their regularity, punctuality and discipline And to take interest in their child’s work. They should check the Alamanac Everyday and note the homework and other instructions given. They are advised To check the bags of their wards to see if any circular/notice/invitation etc. has Been issued.
Care must be taken of all school property and if any damage is done, it will be made good by the concerned student together with a fine imposed for the offence.
Students are not allowed to wear earrings. Girls are allowed to wear small tops/ Studs. Students are not allowed to wear nail polish / mehandi, tattoos under any Circumstances. Those found doing so will be dealt with appropriately.
Students are advised not to bring valuable articles for e.g. expensive watches, Fountain pens, transistors, cameras, calculators, cash or jewellery to school. In case of loss of valuables or other articles, the authorities will try their best of Trace the items out but shall not undertake any responsibility for the loss.
All students are expected to join the school on the notified date at the beginning Of the semester or after ach variation.
Absence of a student just before and immediately after the vacation would Attract strict disciplinary action against him/her.
Parents and guardians will appreciate that absence during the term is not in the Best interest of the student. They are asked not to apply for leave if avoidable. Leave can be granted to the student only on the following grounds: In case of emergency leave, the parents need to inform the class teacher the Reason for the leave in written in the leave record on the child’s return to school.
The ward of those parents who avoid meeting the authorities, when advised to Do so, may not be allowed to attend the classes.
Parents are requested to personally see off and receive their wards at bus stops.
Parents must first consult the school calendar, date sheets and other circular Before making enquiries over the phone.

Collection and distribution of lunch packets at other belongings is not the Responsibility of the school and it is strictly not allowed.

Parents should not argue with the teachers present in the bus or the conductor / Driver. If there is any problem, a written compliant to the Transport In charge Should be given. Parents should not try to overtake and stop the schools bus to facilitate the Boarding of their wards as this endangers the safety of the bus.
If the identity card is lost, a new identity card can be procured by applying for It and after payment of administrative charges.
Identity cards are valid for one academic session only.

Please ensure your ward does not bring aerated drinks and packet food like Chips etc. from home to school, which do not rate high on nutritional value According to health experts. We recommend that you send home made/freshly Cooked food along with a fruit in tiffin
